As a mother to two teenagers, I know firsthand how life’s challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming. My journey into therapy started after a fulfilling career in nursing, where I had the privilege of helping people through some of their most difficult moments. Over the years, my passion for mental and emotional well-being grew, leading me to make the transition from healthcare to therapy.

With my Christian faith at the heart of my practice, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can openly address your struggles and work toward healing. I understand the need for balance in life, especially when facing anxiety, stress, or life transitions. I’m here to walk alongside you, supporting your growth and helping you find peace, strength, and clarity through both faith and therapy.

When I’m not in the office, I love spending time outdoors—whether it’s camping with my family or just taking in the beauty of nature. I find that time outdoors brings clarity and peace, and I often encourage my clients to take moments for themselves in nature as part of their healing process.
