Yes! I am in-network with Aetna, Carelon Behavioral Health, Quest, and Cigna. For clients with other insurance plans, I can provide a superbill at your request. I also offer convenient self-pay options, making it easy for you to access services without dealing with insurance. Feel free to reach out with any questions about coverage or payment!

I use a HIPAA-compliant platform called Simple Practice to ensure your sessions are secure and private. Prior to your appointment, you’ll receive a link via text or email. To begin, simply click the link from your phone, computer, or tablet, and we’ll be ready to start our session. This system is easy to use, secure, and designed to provide a convenient therapy experience from the comfort of your home.

I am currently providing services, only via telehealth. Telehealth therapy offers a convenient, flexible, and private way to receive care from the comfort of your own home. It eliminates the need for travel, saving time and reducing stress, while allowing you to fit therapy into your busy schedule.

During your free consultation, we’ll discuss your therapy goals, challenges, and my approach. It’s a relaxed conversation where you can ask any questions about the process, payment options, and insurance coverage. By the end of the call, you’ll have a clear sense of how we can work together and next steps for scheduling your first session. This is a no-obligation consult.

If I am not an in-network provider for your insurance, you can check with your insurance company to see if they offer out-of-network benefits. If they do, I can provide you with a superbill to submit for potential reimbursement. This way, you may still be able to receive some coverage for our sessions.

With telehealth therapy, you can attend sessions from wherever you feel most comfortable and it's convenient for you—whether that’s at home, a quiet space, or even a favorite spot. The great thing about telehealth is the flexibility it offers. Just be sure to have privacy during our session. Please note, for licensing reasons, you must be physically located in Michigan or Florida at the time of our session.
As a Florida provider, I am required to list this link on my website for Florida licensing purposes: https://flhealthsource.gov/telehealth/

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
